Ride Wild (Raven Riders, #3)Ride Wild by Laura Kaye
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Laura Kaye did such a great job with Slider and Cora’s story. I absolutely fell in love with these characters’ stories. I was hooked from the beginning. I had to know their secrets that they’ve told no one about and to see if they would trust each other enough to open up to each other, to let love it, to find a family with each other and the boys.

Slider has been closed off and unhappy since his wife died. Only he knows the feelings he is experiencing and keeping it all to himself is affecting not only his relationship with his MC but with his boys as well. There is something about Cora that brings light into his world and he isn’t sure if he is strong enough to fight the draw he has to her.

Cora hasn’t had an easy life. People think they know the worst of it but there is something she has kept inside. She is trying to move on and to make a life for herself. She has been watching Slider’s kids and slowly falling in love with not only the kids but with Slider as well. He doesn’t talk much and is closed off but there is something about him and as he heals and opens himself up to her she can’t help falling for him more. Could she finally be finding a place for herself? Will she become a part of a family and belong for once?

Trouble brews and it puts the MC, Cora, Slider and his children in danger. Will they be able to handle the threat without losing anyone close to them? Will Slider be able to not chase away Cora with his issues? Will Cora lose everything now that she has finally found her place?

I highly recommend this book. Laura Kaye does such a great job with not only her characters but the story line as well. You will be hooked from the beginning and not be able to put this book down.
